For Class Parent Coordinators, the following files may be helpful for the class parent tea:
Class parent invite — an invitation template to send to teachers and class parents for the class parent tea at the beginning of the year. This template is based on WI so the photo should be changed for each school.
Class parent document — a good template created to help facilitate discussions between teachers and class parents at the class parent tea. This template is based on WI calendar of events and should be changed to reflect events at each school.
Class Parent Role – English — This should be handed out at the Class Parent Tea at all schools. It is applicable to all elementary schools and does not need modifying for each school.
Class Parent Role – Spanish — This is the Spanish version of the above form.
DL Class Parent Role – English — This form should be handed out at the Class Parent Tea at all schools for the Dual Language Classes only. It is applicable to all elementary schools and does not need modifying for each school.
DL Class Parent Role – Spanish — This is the Spanish version of the above form.
