The Horsemen PTA, as members of the Rivertown Parents consortium, are thrilled to invite you to our presentation, “INTROVERTS: Embracing Your Strength in an Extroverted World,” on Thursday, April 11, at 7 p.m. in Sleepy Hollow High School’s Kusel Auditorium.
Come to hear why Introverts are an important part of society and why being an Introvert is awesome! This presentation is great for adults and students 12 years and older. A lively Q+A session will round out the evening. Spanish translation will be provided, too. Registration is requested but not required. Angst: Raising the Awareness around Anxiety
Thursday, October 12th at 7pm
Sleepy Hollow High School Auditorium
This documentary film, brought to you by the producers of Screenagers, looks at anxiety in our youth, its causes and effects, and what we can do about it. Angst interviews students who suffer or have suffered from anxiety, parents and professionals, and explores anxiety’s causes and sociological effects, while offering tools and resources to provide hope.
Panel discussion directly after the movie. The film will have Spanish subtitles and the discussion will be translated.

Through poignant, & unexpectedly funny stories, along with surprising insights from authors, psychologists, and brain scientists, SCREENAGERS reveals how much tech time impacts kids’ development & offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance.
